Empowering All Youth: Inclusive Career Navigation
Twenty-eight young people developed career planning, employability and digital skills in an inclusive international setting.
The youth exchange supported 28 young people to build skills for entering the labour market, including career planning, CV writing, job-search strategies, networking, interview preparation, digital competence and social inclusion. Through workshops and peer learning, participants strengthened confidence and intercultural understanding. They created a collaborative Career Navigation Guide, shared through Notion, SALTO, the Erasmus+ Results Platform and Youth Line Family channels.
