Participants from Bulgaria traveled to Germany to take part in the training course “Healthy Minds, Resilient Communities: Promoting Mental Well-being in Youth Work”, where they joined youth workers from across Europe to explore mental health and well-being in youth work.
Through interactive sessions and practical activities, they gained new knowledge, developed useful skills, and exchanged experiences in an intercultural environment.
The project also resulted in the creation of a Mental Health & Well-being Guide for Youth Work, available on Notion and SALTO.
Participants returned home with valuable insights, strong memories, and new international connections.
This project was implemented by Youth Line Germany, supported by Jugend für Europa, and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
