Training Course "Digital Dynamics: Empowering Youth Workers in the Digital Age"

From 15 to 23 September 2025, youth workers from Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Türkiye gathered in Saulkrasti, Latvia, to take part in “Digital Dynamics: Empowering Youth Workers in the Digital Age”. The training course focused on developing digital confidence and creativity among youth workers, supporting them in adapting their daily practices to the modern, technology-driven world.

Throughout the week, participants took part in practical sessions, creative workshops, and discussions that encouraged collaboration and innovation. They learned how to use digital tools to make youth work more engaging, inclusive, and accessible for young people.

As one of the project’s lasting results, participants are jointly preparing an open-source guide for digital youth work. Once completed, it will be shared on Notion, SALTO, the Erasmus+ Results Platform, and Youth Line Family’s social media pages – making the project’s outcomes available to a wider audience.

The experience strengthened participants’ teamwork, problem-solving, and ethical use of technology, inspiring them to apply digital solutions in their local communities and future international initiatives.

This project is co-funded by the Erasmus Plus program of the European Union.
